How much will you pay for my property?

What transaction costs do you cover?

SellHouseChicago will cover most transaction costs associated with the transfer/sale of the property. These are typically described as title and/or escrow fees. These usually amount between $3,000 to $5,000 on average for the seller. Please note there are some transaction costs that we do not cover. These are taxes or fees associated directly with the ownership of the property, like utilities, annual property taxes and transfer taxes/stamps. This said, many sales situations are unique and face specific obstacles. We are here to help and will work diligently to craft a unique offer that works for you and your property.

How do you determine the price of the offer?

Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. While we cannot reveal our proprietary valuation methodology, we can say that we take many pieces of information into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for everyone.

What happens when I submit my information?
